A genuine 70/30 split. 70% for the owner of the property and 30% for the management company. It’s an industry standard. Additionally… and most importantly there are no hidden fees.
Our business model is based on developing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships which will maximize the profits of the residence.
· Will I get a Monthly Report?
Yes. A Monthly Report will be e-mailed to you by the 5th of every month. Further, it will customized to your specific requirements… Meaning, the report will be as simple or as detailed as you wish, with absolute transparency.
· How much can I expect to make?
The first year projection for occupancy is 85%, firm. This percentage is based on the company’s current performance with other properties in the Miami area. The Setai, South Beach is a very unique property that is extraordinary well situated, so earning may actually be higher.
Through our quality standards and relentless dedication to authentic service we are in a unique position to provide a higher potential income return by ensuring that your unit is rented at a higher rate with more frequency.
· Are there any restrictions or blackout dates?
As a valued GO Vacations Rentals partner you will have complete flexibility. Further, you will have online access to your residence 24 hours a day which will give complete control to make reservations and block specific days for your own use. The only prerequisite is that date range is available.

· What are the terms & conditions of the contract?
It’s an open contract – intentionally slanted in your favor. We are so confident in the success of our business model that we allow you to terminate the contact at any time, without repercussions… and with no questions asked. The only requirement is that any confirmed reservations are honored.
